FAQ
Is it safe?
Your wallet is created on your PC, in .minecraft/config/pumpcraft/wallet.json, and the key never gets sent anywhere. Every transaction is simulated before it's sent, and the mod refuses to send one that would take more than your dev buy plus 0.05 SOL. Treat it as a launch wallet: keep only what you plan to spend in it, and don't share that file.
Does the server need the mod?
No. It runs only on your game, so it works in singleplayer and on any server. The Shill option posts your coin link in chat, so check the server's rules on advertising before you turn it on.
What does "...ft" mean?
Your coin's contract address ends in "ft", the way coins made on pump.fun end in "pump". The mod tries random addresses until one fits, which takes about a second. Switch it off to get a random address.
How much does a launch cost?
About 0.02 SOL in network and account fees, plus your dev buy, plus a 0.5% fee on the dev buy charged by PumpPortal, the service that builds the transaction. Keep about 0.03 SOL on top of your dev buy.
What image does my coin get?
Leave the image field empty and it uses your skin's face. You can also paste an image link or a file path on your PC. PNG, JPG, GIF or WebP, up to 2 MB.
How do I move my SOL or tokens out?
Type /pump exportkey. It copies your private key to the clipboard; in Phantom choose Add wallet, then Import private key, and paste it. Clear your clipboard afterwards.
The launch failed. What now?
The reason is shown in chat. "Need ~X SOL" means the wallet needs funding. If it mentions rate limits, try again in a minute. Full details are in .minecraft/logs/latest.log.
How do I check my download is genuine?
Compare the SHA-256 shown in the Download section with your file. Windows: certutil -hashfile pumpcraft.jar SHA256. Mac or Linux: shasum -a 256 pumpcraft.jar. Only download PumpCraft from this site.
Do I need to install Fabric API?
No. The parts of Fabric API that PumpCraft uses are built into the jar. If you already have Fabric API installed for other mods, keep it: Fabric picks the newest copy automatically.
"Incompatible mods found" when starting the game?
Read the line under "More details". "Requires minecraft 1.21.1" means you started a different Minecraft version: pick the fabric-loader-1.21.1 installation. Anything else, send us that screen.
Does it work on Bedrock, Forge or other versions?
No. Java Edition 1.21.1 with Fabric only.
